New smile, complete dental reconstruction
Our patients come to DentVita for complete dental reconstruction for two main reasons:
1. Aesthetic Concerns – An unsatisfactory smile due to old, mismatched fillings, crowns, or bridges; discolored or tetracycline-stained teeth; or misaligned ("crooked") teeth.
2. Loss of Function – Broken, damaged, or missing teeth that cause discomfort, chewing difficulties, or jaw problems.
DentVita – Your New Smile Starts Here
From function to beauty, we’ll guide you through each step of the transformation. Book your consultation online today and let’s build your confidence back — tooth by tooth.
What does the full reconstruction process involve?
Initial consultation
You’ll meet with our dentist to discuss your wishes, needs, and expectations. This includes a comprehensive dental exam, complete with X-rays or 3D CT scans, and professional dental hygiene to prepare your mouth for further treatment.
Acute Treatment (if needed)
If you’re experiencing pain or inflammation, we’ll first address any urgent issues such as:
- Tooth extraction
- Root canal treatment
- Gum inflammation or infection.
Only after pain is managed and acute conditions are resolved do we proceed with hygiene and planned reconstruction.
Surgical Phase (if necessary)
At this stage, we may:
- Extract irreversibly damaged teeth or roots
- Remove problematic wisdom teeth
- Perform bone grafting in preparation for implants
- Place implants early in the process, allowing time for the bone to heal before final prosthetic work begins
Tooth Restoration and Whitening
We treat any remaining dental issues, including:
- Repairing cavities
- Replacing old or unsuitable fillings
- Treating inflamed or infected roots with endodontic therapy
- Whitening natural teeth (optional)
All treatments are carried out painlessly, using the latest technologies and techniques.
Smile Design Phase
We now design your new smile — discussing with you the ideal tooth shape, size, bite, and color. A provisional version of your new smile is tested in your mouth so you can see and feel the changes before anything is finalized.
Final Reconstruction
Once the design is approved by both you and the dentist:
- The necessary teeth are prepared
- Custom crowns, bridges, or veneers are crafted in the lab
- Restorations are then permanently fixed onto your prepared teeth
The result: a fully functional, beautiful new smile tailored specifically to you.
