Ceramic crowns, bridges and veneers

Have you lost a large part of a tooth or are you missing a tooth/teeth completely? Are you unhappy with the shape and color of your teeth? Don't despair.
Nowadays, replacing a lost tooth is not a problem. Both aesthetically and functionally. If it is not possible to replace the missing tissue with a filling only due to major loss of the crown part of the tooth, we choose the option of making a ceramic onlay, overlay, or crown.

Fixed dental prostheses (crowns and bridges)
Fixed dentures are placed on dental implants or on salvaged and ground-down tooth remnants, so-called tooth stumps. They are designed to replace one or more missing teeth, or to replace a part that has been damaged by an accident or decay. The fixed denture then acts as an “outer shell” and ensures the functionality of your weakened or damaged tooth.Pevné zubní náhrady vydrží v případě dobré péče zpravidla i déle než 10 let.
Dental crowns
Dental crowns are fixed restorations that are used when a tooth is severely damaged and weakened. They are used primarily to replace teeth that are severely damaged by decay, broken in an accident, after root canal treatment, or for aesthetic defects, e.g. to cover discolored or imperfectly shaped teeth. The condition is to preserve the tooth's own root. A crown is an artificial covering of the tooth that serves to cover a larger part of the tooth or its entire surface. The most suitable and common material is all-ceramic, which is strong and aesthetic.
Dental bridges
A bridge is a dental prosthesis that replaces one or more missing teeth. Its disadvantage is that the surrounding teeth must be ground down to fit them. A bridge is permanent and usually cannot be easily removed. It can be made of various materials - metal, porcelain or ceramic.
Aesthetic ceramic veneers
In many cases, even healthy teeth require aesthetic correction. In such cases, we offer a solution to improve the shape, color or position of teeth, with minimal intervention in healthy tooth tissue, using ultra-thin ceramic veneers.
What can we solve with the help of aesthetic veneers?
Gaps between teeth.
Imperfections in the position and shape of the teeth.
Teeth with stains, damaged tooth enamel.
Unsatisfactory and discolored fillings.
A larger broken tooth.
Old, unaesthetic crowns or veneers.
Unlike other methods used in aesthetic dentistry to reconstruct teeth, ceramic veneers have a number of advantages:
They look natural and give the tooth a healthy appearance, ideal shape and color.
The border between the veneer and your own tooth is not visible.
They do not stain! This means that even after ten years your teeth will be white and radiant.
They never stain from tea, coffee, red wine and cigarettes!
The ceramic used is a very durable, strong and impermeable material.
In the event of damage, for example due to an accident, the damaged veneer can be easily replaced without the need to adjust the other ceramic veneers.
